As you can see I haven't posted for a while. I think that I needed to take a bit of a break to recharge and reflect. At least I proved to myself that I could do it, and that was the most important accomplishment for me. Thanks for reading and commenting, it means a lot to me.
I'd like to welcome Lana from Pictures From My World. I've been a fan of her site since joining BlogExplosion. Not only does she display some lovely pictures but there is also interesting information about the picture as well. Please give her blog a click for me, I don't think you'll be disappointed. You'll find her in the red square in the top left hand corner of this blog.
This is the blog of artist and writer, Johnna Crider. Johnna's goal in life is to use her artwork and writing to help homeless children and familes, people who went through the same things she did as a child. Johnna is in school now saving money for her dream-- to open an art gallery that will benefit homeless shelters. If you leave a comment Blogcham will credit the blog and that money will go to the homeless Johnna stayed in when she was a child-- so please leave a comment!
Look for the red square in the top left corner of this blog and click the square inside please!
I'm sorry for the delay in the posting of new work, I ran into some template issues yesterday and spent 12 hours re-writing the darn thing. It's a bit cleaner now and doesn't "explode" when viewed in Firefox or IE7. I'd like to thank Free Blogger Templates for their help. I used their Another Grey template as a base and worked from there. I'd also like to thank Pam Blackstone at Random Bytes for the invaluable information she has made available to all of us. She has a great site, so if you haven't checked it out yet, please do. If anyone has any viewing issues, could you please let me know? Thanks!
P.S. Could anyone explain why your Preview and published blogs look completely different? It's a tad frustrating.
I'd like to welcome The Foo Logs as my new tenant for the week! It's "A Blog about Life, Sport, Movies, Technology and Just about Everything" else written by an extremely good looking computer geek from Ohio, checkout About The Foo and you'll see what I mean. Let's give his blog a click or two for support please! Just look for it in the top left corner of this blog.
I'd like to welcome From Tracie as my new tenant for the week! It's an interesting look at life from a woman living with her family in Florida. Let's give her blog a click or two for support please! Just look for her in the top left corner of this blog.
I'd like to welcome Scooter McGavin's 9th Green as my next tenant. Stuart says he's "Your one-stop place for music, TV, sports, politics and anything else I deem worthy. So make sure you come back everyday or you'll pay, listen to what I say." ... So ... Go listen! ... Give him a click! Try him out ... Give him a go! Spin his wheel ... I'm stopping now.
Please welcome Ankaisa from Finland; she is my first blog tenant! Please give her blog a click or two. It’s always interesting seeing a window into other people’s lives. Her blog is about her trials and tribulations with In Vitro Fertilization (IVF). For those of you who want to understand more about IVF, here’s a Wikipedia link.
I figured that I might as well start this blog off by posting one of my personal favorite cartoons that I did way back when. It is my intention to try and use this blog as a catalyst to draw more. I hope this happens!
Drawing cartoons is something that I've always wanted to do but have never taken the time until now. I don't profess to be an amazing artist, but it is my hope that on the way to becoming one, I can make people smile. I hope you find this at least mildly entertaining. Please feel free to comment, It tends to help.
